Do you ever wonder what your baby is thinking?

Or why your baby is crying?

The Baby Signs® Program teaches babies to use simple, easy-to-do gestures for communicating with their parents and caregivers. These gestures or “signs” represent an item or concept, like “cat,” “eat,” or “all gone.”

My thought of the day: I absolutely LOVE the Holidays!  I feel cheery and I feel like spreading the feeling.  I know that many do not share another love of mine…but, I have to admit, I also love all the Holiday music that is played over and over again for weeks prior to Christmas.  I can listen all day long…at work, in my car and at home.  I sing and I smile.  Of course, most other traffic on the road probably thinks I’m an insane person as I bounce around to Holiday music.  By the way, check out my previous post about the benefits of music to baby’s (and your) health…CLICK HERE to read more.

This brings me to my next question….

Tell me, what is your favorite Holiday song.  Also, what Holiday song would you wish to NEVER hear again?

The deadline for giveaway #4 entry is 11:59pm EST, Saturday December 20th.  To review the rules of our giveaway, please CLICK HERE.

my favorite song is Red shoes… It’s a country song that has so much emotion to it that no matter who here’s it there will be goose bumps and/or tears
One i’d wish to never here again is that darn red neck one

My favorite song of the season is Silent Night. It calms me and helps me reflect on the meaning of the season.

The one I wish not to hear is “Grandma Got Run over by a Raindeer”

My favorites are the Christmas songs with Alvin and the Chipmunks. They give me memories of Christmas when I was a kid. I can’t really think of any Christmas song I don’t like.

My favorite song this year is Christmas shoes. My grandma passed away a couple weeks ago and everytime I hear this son, I cry. I actually posted the song on my blog recently. My hubby had me record the song over and over on a cd for him to listen to on his way to work. He is nuts. I think I would get sick of it if I listened to it over and over again. LOL

My least favorite song is Have a Holly Jolly Christmas – I think they play it way to much on the radio around here.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

I love Santa Baby and Christmas Shoes :)

My favorite classic holiday song is Carol of the Bells – I just love the sounds.
Christmas Shoes by Bob Carlisle is the one that tugs at my heart. My grandmother is not expected to make it to Christmas this year, and this song brings tears to my eyes,

I cannot STAND Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer – overplayed and it stopped being amusing after a few plays MANY years ago.

My favorite Christmas song is “Away in a manger.” I loved this song more than any other Christmas song because it tells of Christ birth and how even as a baby he began to humble himself for us. This trials as a human began then. However man and beast knew who he was.

I do not like the song “Mommy got ran over by reindeers.” I oppose violence and making it a Christmas song goes against the true meaning of Christmas.
