Shipping Information

Kidz Comfort will ship all in stock items within 3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are typically shipped using USPS and delivery times may vary. 

Backorder / Out of stock items - will be shipped immediately upon our receipt of backordered item into our facility. Keep in mind, our products are hand-made in the USA and the design process can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for ordering of new materials and actually creating your item. 

Custom Orders / Large Orders / Holidays - Unusual situations may require additional delivery time as well: Custom orders, very large orders or orders during busy Holiday seasons may require additional delivery time. We will keep you updated with regards to any potential delays in the delivery of your items.

Shipping charges within the United States are as follows:

International shipping - will be calculated at the time of checkout. You may calculate your international shipping charges by clicking on the “Estimate Shipping” box. USPS international shipping rates apply.
